Here is what a few guests have to say

I had the pleasure of climbing with Francis this past summer when I hired him as a climbing guide for a private trip to the Alps. I had an ambitious itinerary (Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and the Eiger), and needed a competent and patient guide who could help me with both the logistical and the technical aspects of arranging these climbs. From the moment that I contacted him (via email), he provided the support that I needed to make the appropriate travel arrangements. When I first met him on the ground, he began with a thorough review of climbing technique, paying special attention to safe procedure. This instilled in me a high level of confidence in his abilities. During the 2 weeks that we traveled & climbed together, we encountered some of the worst summer weather seen in the Alps in decades, but Francis had a contingency plan that saw us attain the summits of Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso, and the Aiguille d’Entreves, as well as complete a number of rock climbing routes on the Italian Riviera, thus making the most of my short time in Europe. He is fluent in English and French, and competent in Italian and German, thus making travel in the Alps quite easy for his clients. He is also very knowledgable about current climbing and skiing gear/development, and is willing to make suggestions based on his clients’ individual needs. His positive attitude and boundless ‘stoke’ for all things alpine is infectious, and one could not ask for a better guide or climbing partner (and I say this as a veteran of many guided and un-guided expeditions throughout North & South America, Asia, and Africa). In fact, I have planned 2 more trips with him this year, one to ski the Haute Route, followed by a climbing trip to Switzerland later in the year. Whenever I return to the Alps and Dolomites in the future, I will look to Francis to lead the way."}data-sheets-userformat=”{"2":513,"3":{"1":0},"12":0}“>I had the pleasure of climbing with Francis this past summer when I hired him as a climbing guide for a private trip to the Alps.
