All the Right Things
Alpinism and climbing re-defined. Each one of my programs allow for ample time to practice skills and acclimate prior to a major ascent. Consequently, these programs offer a very high success rate. I offer courses to many of the major iconic peaks of the Alps as well as many, many other lesser known but equally stunning and challenging peaks as well.
The long tried traditional of private guiding is quintessential in guiding history. I specialise in private custom outings but can accommodate small pre-set groups as well. I regularly guide the most popular alpine destinations such as the Chamonix valley, Zermatt, Courmayeur, the Aosta valley, Grindelwald, Corvara and the Dolomites and countless others.

climbing mont blanc
CLIMBING MONT BLANC CHAMONIX, FRANCE – ROOF OF THE ALPS 4810M
Even if Mont Blanc is one of the most sought after peaks of the Alps, climbing the highest mountain of the Alps remains a great physical challenge. The vertical gain and length of the climb make this a very worth while achievement.
climbing the matterhorn
CLIMBING THE MATTERHORN – ZERMATT, SWITZERLAND 4,478M
The Matterhorn is considered by many people to be one of the world’s most beautiful summits. The Matterhorn is certainly the world’s most photographed and easily recognised mountain. It is the goal of many mountaineers and one that is certainly worthy of such fame.
climbing the eiger
Climbing the Eiger – 3970m – Grindelwald, Switzerland
There are not many mountains that demand as much respect and inspire awe such as the Eiger. The daunting north face was the last of “the great problems” of the Alps to be solved. Not all routes leading to the summit of the Eiger are hardcore. The Mittellegi ridge is a perfect example of a classic mountaineering route which most competent climbers can accomplish.

Into the Alpine – French/Swiss Alps
Over the past 20 odd years as a professional UIAGM/IFMGA mountain guide I have run many successful introductory alpine courses, introducing dozens of people to the joys and beauty of the high mountains. I have decided to add my own personalised programs to those with limited time but with big ambitions.
the spagheti tour
The Spaghetti Tour – Zermatt, Switzerland Italy
With a name like this – the Spaghetti tour is bound to attract attention and this it does with due reason. The Spaghetti tour is an amazing week of peak bagging of some of the Alps’ best 4000m peaks. But it is also about some incredible scenery, an interesting mix of Swiss and Italian cultures and sampling some great – you guessed it pasta!
